Next Steps Module

Do you desire to go overseas but need further training before you go? Having knowledge and skills under your belt before you go can be beneficial to your transition and life in ministry long-term, but it will also benefit the people you are going to serve.

Radius International | Radius International is a 9 month training program for those desiring to become long-term cross-cultural church planters. Radius trains singles, couples, and families who are committed to long-term, pioneer church planting among unreached language groups. Radius students acquire spiritual, relational, emotional, and moral maturity, as well as the physical stamina that will enable them to survive the rigors of cross-cultural living.

Radical Training Program | Radical Training aims to help prepare future global workers to make disciples and plant churches among some of the hardest-to-reach people and places on earth. While churches have the primary role in equipping global workers, many churches are not able to provide certain aspects of the training needed to prepare global workers to serve long-term among the unreached. In addition to spiritual resistance, linguistic and cultural barriers also make the task difficult. Radical Training aims to serve churches by helping them prepare future global workers for this difficult yet glorious task.

Do you desire to serve as a long-term missionary serving in roles such as teaching, church planting, starting a business, entrepreneurship, agriculture, arts, technology, healthcare, and more. The following organizations offer opportunities in long-term missions work.

Opportunities:

ABWE (Association of Baptist for World Evangelism) | ABWE is a global family of ministries that exists to fulfill the Great Commission by multiplying leaders, churches, and missions movements among every people. We believe in doing the long, hard work of missions. We believe that the Great Commission means not only sharing the gospel but discipling new believers in the local church and helping biblical, healthy churches multiply and reach their own nations.

Christar | We exist because entire people groups still have no access to the transforming love of God. Boundaries and walls prevent people from hearing and worshiping, But God creates access. Christar workers participate by planting churches in these least-reached communities, where He is yet to be worshiped.

International Mission Board | The IMB partners with churches to empower limitless missionary teams who are making disciples and multiplying churches among unreached peoples and places for the glory of God.
